    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I do not have the Order Paper with the correction but I was listening keenly to the Departmental Committee Chair. I agree with him that it should be in consultation with the county government in question but would it not add value, in the same spirit, if we are talking about the Cabinet Secretary? At the county level, would it not be appropriate to consult with the County Executive Committee Member for Land instead of “the county government” for specificity?"
