Like my colleague who has just spoken, I agree with all the other issues but there is an issue that must be looked at but I do not know how we will do it. It has to be reintroduced; that is 3(f). You are, again, giving power to the national Government and the county government when it is supposed to be a community decision. It is a matter of just doing away with part of the sentence so that it reads: The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
