    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support this amendment. I also want to tell the Chair that I am a very good friend of this Committee. There has been an obsession to have the name of the Cabinet Secretary dot every page of this Bill. It is a good amendment to delete this one and reduce the obsession with the Cabinet Secretary dominating this Bill and the affairs of management and administration of community land. I support the deletion."
