    "content": "I want to plead with the Members of this House, especially some of the men who have not spoken much on this and might quietly reject the Bill to support it. You need to look inside and think about yourself, grandchild, granddaughter and son, and they might need this Bill to help and give them a chance in the leadership. I love a provision of this Bill that it will be within 20 years. It is a sunset clause for affirmative action and within 20 years, we will have had two or three crops of leaders benefit to get their foot within the door."
