    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have a second Statement to seek. Pursuant to Standing Order No.45 (2) (b) I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairman of the Committee on Roads and Transportation on the transfer of roads Class D, E, F and below. In the Statement, the Chairperson should provide the following:- (1) A list and the amount of money transferred to counties countrywide for the maintenance of these roads during the 2015/2016 ffinancial Budget. (2) The Taita-Taveta county capacity in terms of equipment and manpower for the maintenance of these roads. (3) A list of roads maintained or constructed in Taita-Taveta County by distance, type of roads or what was constructed and the amount used in the 2015/2016 Financial Year, by either the county government or the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA)."
