    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have gone through the Bill and the whole Constitution. The Bill before us is the Judicial Service Bill. It is the best Bill we have in this country, if we can respect what is in the Constitution. I want to contribute on the ongoing debate about the appointment of judicial officers. The Constitution has made very clear, the role of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). It is clearly stated in the Constitution that the JSC will be involved in the recruitment of judicial officers. It is their duty to advertise positions in the judiciary and employ the right people."
