In my understanding of the English language - which I have a command of - I saw no offence in that remark, but the hon. Senator does not have to understand it the way I thought he should. If he has understood it negatively, I withdraw and apologise. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I just want to encourage my younger brother that running a political party is a very difficult thing. If you asked any of the political party leaders such as Sen. Wetangula, the Deputy President, hon. Ruto, President Uhuru Kenyatta, the former Vice President, hon. Kalonzo Musyoka and hon. Raila, the kind of pressure and demands they get, you will not believe it. It is unbelievable to the extent that if we could have a public fund from which political party leadership can enjoy from the taxpayers so as to strengthen democracy, that would give upcoming politicians like Cheruiyot an avenue to think of forming a party."
