    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am perfectly in order because Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) were involved in campaigns. The IEBC itself named a particular Cabinet Secretary (CS) who was involved in campaigns, contrary to the electoral code of conduct. The point is; the activity and health of political parties is not just tied to the Registrar of Political Parties but to IEBC as well. That is why we are calling for disbandment of the IEBC. As per the Constitution, it has failed to promote most of the objectives."
