    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. I have personally been impressed by the debate generated by this Meditation Committee report on the Political Parties Bill. All the Senators who spoke on this supported the Mediation Bill and understood why we made those recommendations. I am impressed that the debate has gone beyond the narrow confines of the Mediated Bill and has gone on to talk on the Political Parties, their role, how they should be regulated, what is missing and so on.
