    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have several cases in Nairobi. Some parents to young men and women get married and live in Nairobi slums and so, they do not have IDs. When I was going round in Kariobangi and Mathare during the Okoa Kenya Initiative, I saw many ladies who do not have birth certificates or IDs, yet everybody knows them. They have children and some are grandparents. Could the Vice Chairperson seek proper interventions, so that these people are given IDs?"
