    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Chairman should be serious on the question of the management of the universities and unrest by students. I did not hear him commit himself as to whether he will make a follow-up. There is a new culture that not only are students rioting but also one side of this House wants to eject officers from a public office. The sooner we arrest it in the universities, the better. I saw some of the Members from this House trying to eject officers from a public office. That culture must stop. The Chairman must come back with a clear answer of what the university is doing to ensure that there is proper mechanism of dealing with disputes in the universities."
