    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, two weeks ago, the Chair directed the same Chairman to bring an answer in response to my request for a Statement on why the university had been closed. On Tuesday when he came, he asked for more time. He did not respond on Thursday. Could he combine that answer with the one the Chair has directed? It is important that it is relayed expeditiously because the university means much to the “City of Kakamega”. It pumps up to Kshs200 million into the markets every month."
