    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, on my own behalf, my family and the youth that I represent in this country together with Likuyani Constituency in Kakamega County, I pass my dear condolences to the family of Mama Lucy Kibaki. We remember her for the virtues of leadership and commitment that she showed in this country. As a mother and wife, there is a lot to learn from what she did. It is also important that as male Senators talk about women, they should also emulate the same. She fought for the rights of women and girls. On the same note, I urge male Senators to join us in ensuring that the two-thirds gender rule is achieved."
