    "content": "We need to bring services closer to the people. It is not only the recruitment of the armed forces that is going to be done at Navakholo, there is need to recruit the police. It is important that this Petition is addressed. The way the boundaries were done in this country was rushed. There is unfairness and inequities in some places. That should be addressed so that every Kenyan gets fairness, particularly the youth."
