    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I support the appointment of Members to various Committees and to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. As a Member of Parliament and the representative of the people of Kibwezi, I know the importance of Committees. We have undergone various problems in the past three months in the budget-making process. I support the appointment of Members to various Committees. However, I note that the re-constitution is not very inclusive."
