"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am surprised that this Question was forwarded to the Ministry of Information and Communications. I had requested for this Question to be sent to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance for very obvious reasons. One of the reasons is the issue of price wars. There is a difference of opinion between the Permanent Secretary and the Minister himself. The shareholders are of the opinion that they can never get justice from the Ministry of Information and Communications. It is for that reason that I thought it necessary that this Question be taken to a Ministry which is not controversial as far as the issue of price wars is concerned. I still insist that the Question be taken to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance or the Prime Ministerâs Office."
