    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Judiciary Fund Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 3 of 2016) be now read the Third Time. This is a fairly straight forward Bill. It will enable the Judiciary to receive funds from the National Treasury and budget in a manner that will assist them to complete projects which they have commenced. The monies that they are given by the National Treasury are always returned on 30th June every year because they do not have a fund. The Judiciary Fund will enable them to retain monies that are sent to them."
