Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 112 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the word “products” appearing in the marginal note; (b) in Sub-clause (2) — (i) by deleting the words “or petroleum products” appearing in paragraph (a); (ii) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(b) stores, transports, sell or offers for sale adulterated petroleum; (c) in Sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “products”."
