Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 167 of the Bill be amended in the proviso by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Corporation”; This amendment seeks to correct typographical error in that Clause. It incorrectly refers to the Energy Regulatory Authority instead of the Corporation, in this case being the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation."
