Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 183 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “of not less than two hundred thousand shillings or a term of imprisonment of not less than one year or to both” and substituting therefor the words “not exceeding fifty thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both”."
