I rise on a point of order to insist that the Assistant Minister should declare his interest because I have here a copy of the Kenya Gazette Notice. It shows several title deeds. One of the title deeds is the one in the question that I raised. The others, while he was the lawyer for Mr. Kuria Kanyingi, he advised him to surrender them voluntarily, which he did. But this one, the same Assistant Minister told him not to surrender it. After he was appointed the Assistant Minister for Lands, he then revoked the title deed. So, could he declare his interest?"
