Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 237 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the word “Authority” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Commission; (b) by deleting the words “of not less than one hundred thousand shillings or to a term of imprisonment of not less than six months or to both” and substituting therefor the words “not exceeding ten million shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both”."
