Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 251 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “ the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board Order, 2013” immediately after the words “ Energy Act”; (b) in Sub-clause (2) — (i) by inserting the words “the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board Order, 2013” immediately after the words “Cabinet Secretary under the provisions of the Energy Act” appearing in paragraph (a); (ii) by inserting the words “the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board Order, 2013” immediately after the words “under the provisions of the Energy Act” appearing in paragraph (b); (iii)by inserting the words “the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board Order, 2013” immediately after the words “Energy Act” appearing in paragraph (f); (c) by deleting the word “Authority” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
