    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I was very happy with the amendment brought by Hon. Nassir in 193(A). I am not happy with the proposed amendment being brought now. Unfortunately, I have to oppose it because we are living in a digital era. I cannot expect one to be a subcontractor with the main dealer and not accept the responsibility fully. If there will be somebody else involved in giving this electricity, they should be fully responsible for compensation from ‘A’ to ‘Z’ and not say that they are not liable for some reasons. For that reason, I oppose."
