    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the reasons why small loans are more expensive than others is because of the risk factors that we have when it comes to assessing the small loans. What we have tried to do so far is to get shared information by creating information systems through the credit reference bureau. I think it will be very difficult as of now to assess the ability of certain individuals on how they can access loans. However, I think with time we should come up with good legislation that allows us to share information on this issue."
