    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a very fundamental Question because you must have seen at the end of every year the banks announce supernormal profits in a very weak economy like Kenya. This Ministry, surprisingly, is excited with this answer by saying that there is tremendous growth realized. However, they fail to realize that what is happening in the industry is stifling growth. We are not realizing even half of the potential. Could the Assistant Minister now tell us what percentage of the loans have turned out to be bad debts to prove the fact that the risks are high?"
