Arthur Odera and many others who were here in the morning session for the Access to Information Bill. I also want to thank the team from the Ministry and our very good legal team led by Ms. Jemimah, for a job well done, giving us all the technical advice and doing draft amendments for us. I am sure as we walk out; we have finished the Energy Bill."
