    "content": "Thank you for ably correcting that very quickly. The Hon. Member before me clarified it very well. I confirm and support. However, this amendment brings in Article 24 of the Constitution which is on the limitation of rights and fundamental freedoms. It brings this into the amendment and that is why I am more comfortable with the change."
