    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support that we use the word “undermine” in this clause. I think it is strong enough. “Substantial prejudice” cannot be measured. This is to protect the security of the State. Even though people demand freedom of access to information, it is important to protect the security of the nation. I request my sister to leave out the use of “substantive prejudice”."
