    "content": "In Clause 9, we seek to insert a New Clause 2A. It requires the information officer to, as soon as practically possible, revert to the requester. In the second amendment in (b), which is deleting Sub-clause 5, is an offence. As I said earlier, we will put the offences in one section at the back of the Bill. Those are the amendments that I seek to move."
