    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have looked at the table that the Minister has laid on the Table. However, it seems as if the Minister is comparing the estimates of the two financial years. That should not be the case. It was a major pronouncement by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. I am sure that there must have been some workings to show what the Government was targeting to save. Could he tell us whether there was a target amount aimed at being saved and whether the amount that was saved was within that target amount?"
