Members, before I open it to the Members to speak to it, I would like to inform the Membership that we have with us at the Speaker’s Gallery, a delegation from the Nigerian Command and Staff College, led by Air Commodore, Abubakar Liman, Prof. Usman Tar From Nigeria Defence Academy and Colonel Sebastian Lekaunye from the Kenya Defence Forces. The delegation is in the country on a study tour. On my own behalf and that of the National Assembly, I wish them a fruitful engagement during the course of their stay in the country. Thank you."
