    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to strongly oppose this amendment for two reasons. Any commission has an institutional responsibility and confidentiality policy where it will not allow information to leak out. If you isolate one commissioner to handle confidential information and there are three commissioners, we will have a super commissioner who will be above the chairperson of the commission."
