    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is a good proposal. I am surprised that we are opposed to a mechanism that would start entrenching alternative dispute resolution as a culture in resolving disputes. This is the reign of access to information in line with the letter and spirit of the Constitution. It is a critical arena. To provide a mechanism that would prevent or offer an alternative to the adversarial contestation in a court of law is a good mechanism. I urge the Chairman of the Committee and his team to support this. It is progressive."
