    "content": "On parts (a) and (b), I do not have any objection. Part (c) is defining the term “person” as including a company, association or any other body. If you check the Bill, the definition there says a person has the meaning assigned to it in Article 260 of the Constitution. If we retain the definition as par the Constitution, it will be better."
