Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “regularly” and substituting therefor the words “after every three years.” The reason for this is to remove ambiguity as to when the national energy plan will be reviewed. If you look at Clause 5(4) as it is right now, it is not explicit on the timeframe. Therefore, I beg to move that we substitute the word “regularly” with the words “after every three years.”"
