Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (2)(b) by deleting the words “in the fields of engineering, physical sciences, law, finance, environmental studies, economics, social sciences or energy” appearing in paragraph (b). This will not lock out many Kenyans who are qualified in management, taking into account that the members of the board of directors are policy makers. We want to bring in as many disciplines and skills as possible in the running of the Commission."
