Temporary Deputy Chairlady, when we sat as a Committee - and the Ministry agreed to this - we found that it was paramount to retain the name as “Commission” so that we remove the confusion in naming. It is like in Uganda. Uganda has the Energy Regulatory Authority. With respect to the regional naming of these energy bodies, we thought it was important for us to retain it as the “Energy Regulatory Commission” instead of the “Energy Regulatory Authority”."
