When it comes to the fine, I agree with the Chair on the figure of not less than Kshs500,000. This time I disagree with the Chair of the Public Accounts Committee. Less than Kshs500,000 would mean that it can even be Kshs.10,000. I do support the amendment by the Chair on Clause 22."
