    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment and in my thinking there could be various types of related crimes. I am looking at an example of a factory, a kiosk, a small home, a farm house and a big institution. It is good to allow the magistrate discretion so that the fact of the magnitude and mitigation is considered when delivering the final judgment, sentence or conviction. It will allow the magistrate, depending on the seriousness of what the offence is, to give commensurate conviction. I, therefore, support this proposed amendment."
