Members, Hon. Mwaita is amending his amendment further to read as follows:- THAT, Clause 44 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause 2 by inserting the words “social sciences” immediately before the words “or energy” in paragraph (b). His original amendment is in the Order Paper. The further amendment is what I have just read. Let us hear the Chair of the Committee first."
