Members, the ruling of the High Court was, in fact, rendered after a fairly robust debate in this House in which all the questions which the court was determining had been argued. Additionally, I have perused the ruling of the court and the order extracted therefrom and found that I agree with Mr. M. Kilonzo that there is finality to the declaration of the unconstitutionality of the nominations. That leaves very little in respect of which the court, or the parties, can be prejudiced by the actions of this House."
