    "content": "Nor could a rule in our Standing Orders be construed as preventing the National Assembly from proceeding with an approval process ordained by the Constitution. It is my position that where, as in the present case, the public interest is for an open and detailed discussion of a matter, the Speaker will invoke Standing Order No.80, paragraph 5 to overrule any objections founded on the sub judice rule."
