Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 79 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (7B) by deleting the words “ninety days” and substituting therefor the words “one hundred and twenty days.” The High Court shall hear and determine the appeal within 120 days after an applicant files an appeal under Sub-section (7A)."
