    "content": "Thirdly, we have a petition regarding construction of foot bridges along the Thika Super Highway. The petition was brought to the House by Hon. Francis Waititu and referred to us on 30th March, 2016. Fourth, we have a petition regarding the relocation of K.K. Nkengechia Primary School by Hon. David Karithi. The petition was referred to us on 30th March, 2016. The Cabinet Secretary (CS) is supposed to appear before the Committee tomorrow and respond to the three petitions. Hon. Speaker, in addition, the Committee is seized of the following legislative proposals:- (i) The Elevator Safety Authority Bill, 2016 sponsored by Hon. Benjamin Washiali, which was referred to us on 7th September, 2015; (ii) The Quantity Surveyors Bill, 2015 sponsored by Hon. Lati Lelelit, which was referred to us on 24th August, 2015, and whose due date was 25th September, 2015; (iii) The Maritime Service Providers Bill, 2016 sponsored by Hon. Samuel Gichigi, which was referred to us on 24th August, 2015, and whose due date was 25th September, 2015; and, (iv) The Housing (Amendment) Bill, 2016 sponsored by Hon. Ababu Namwamba."
