"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The four legislative proposals are under consideration and all the Members have appeared before the Committee. We are concluding the Report and we will proceed with the procedures. Hon. Speaker, there are also two Bilateral Air Service Agreements (BASAs) pending before the Committee. The first BASA is between the Governments of the Republic of Kenya and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, while the second one is between the Governments of the Republic of Kenya and the Government of the Republic of Liberia. The two BASAs are pending because we are waiting for the input by the Executive to our Committee so that we can finalise the Report. The Cabinet Secretary has undertaken to proceed and forward the input to us. Hon. Speaker, there are benchmarking visits we made as a Committee. The reports will be tabled in the House shortly. We attended the 11th Session of the International Maritime Organisation held in the United Kingdom between 28th June and 4th July, 2015. We also attended the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies 53rd Annual Conference in San Diego and the 102nd Session of the International Maritime Organisation Reception to celebrate the coming into force of the Wreck Removal Convention in London, between 14th and 16th April, 2015. The Reports are awaiting consideration and adoption by the Committee. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
