    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to inquire about the Elevators Safety Authority Bill, 2015. I had made a proposal some time back to the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing which Hon. Wangwe was giving an appraisal on. I had been invited by the Committee last year but this is the fourth month and they have not invited me again. So, I do not know the fate of this Bill. I was requesting if he could update us on when I am going to appear before the Committee so that we can finalise this proposed Bill and move forward."
