Members, allow me before we proceed with business to recognise the following Kenyans seated in the Speaker’s Gallery:- Officials and pupils from Chemelil Sugar Primary School from Muhoroni Constituency, Kisumu County and Kiatuhu Catholic Women’s Association from Gichugu Constituency. They are all welcome to observe the proceedings of the National Assembly and especially, this afternoon. Let me also recognise, seated in the Diplomatic Boxes, former Members of Parliament, Hon.
