"content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Liaison Committee on the First Supplementary Estimates for the Financial Year 2015/2016, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 and in accordance with the provisions of Article 223 of the Constitution, approves the issuance of a sum of Kshs25,968,239,099 from the Consolidated Fund to meet the expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2016 in respect of the various Votes, as indicated in the Schedule."
