    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand to support the First Supplementary Estimates because it is going to assist the Government to carry out important tasks in this Republic. By passing it, it will manage, in my opinion, the issues that are affecting the country, for example, the question of security and policing services. It is my considered opinion that by passing this Bill, some of the requests we have made to improve security in our places, will be met. In Igembe North, I have requested that the National Police Reservists be supported through this Supplementary Budget. That way, we will have improved security services and also support the coordination of Government business, especially in the area of security. We have also some water projects lined up. This will also help people access those facilities. I am also aware of some other projects which are lined up in the infrastructural sector---"
